Autumn Conversation

Thursday 22 May | 6:00–8:30 PM

Meet Gwen and Russell Den, humble legends of the road and holders of a world record for driving over 2 million kilometres in their Volvo delivery station wagon. These remarkable locals don’t just deliver flowers—they share kindness, hope, and old-school resourcefulness wherever they go, guided by lessons from generations past.

Also joining us is Francis who will introduce an exciting locally led health initiative “Willing to be Well" is a pilot program for people with chronic health conditions like diabetes II, obesity, mental health, anxiety depression, PTSD, cardiovascular issues, arthritis, chronic fatigue and energy restoration and autoimmune disorders.
It is a 1 year program, starting with a 3 day retreat, then 1 Sunday most fortnights through the year and ending with a retreat.
This program does not just give information but addresses the problems preventing us from making and continuing the necessary lifestyle changes leading to the restoration of health.
